"Support felt really slow to me"
Maybe it’s just me, but the support took way too long to get back and I didn’t really feel like the response helped much once they did. Overall, it was frustrating.

"Fees were mostly easy to find"
The fees were there, so I’ll give them that, but I still had to poke around a bit to figure out what a couple of the charges actually meant. Not the worst thing ever. i was fine with it at first—then suddenly I was like, wait, why am I doing detective work for fees? Could definitely be more upfront...

"Paying is a hassle because the app keeps freezing"
I’ve had a frustrating time with this app. Whenever I try to pay, it freezes, so I end up having to close it and start over. Logging in is also a pain, which makes the whole process feel slower than it should. If those issues were fixed, the app would be a lot easier to use.

"Most of the time I can sign..."
Most of the time I can sign in without any problem, but there have been a few times where it just didn’t want to let me in. I’d put in my info, try again, maybe close the app and reopen it, and eventually it would work. Not a huge deal, but definitely a little annoying when you’re just trying to get in quickly.

"Payment took a little longer than expected"
The payment did go through, so no real issue there, but it was a bit slower than I thought it would be. I remember because I was just sitting there waiting and noticed my coffee had gone completely cold by the time it finished. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of.

"Statements just don’t add up"
My balance keeps changing, and the statement never seems to match what I actually paid. it feels frustrating and not worth the hassle when I can’t trust the numbers to be accurate...

"Literally helped my credit score go up"
I got this card because I was trying to rebuild my credit, and it did what I needed it to do. My payments were reported every month, and after a few months my score literally started going up little by little. The fees are kind of annoying, so I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, but for building credit, it’s been useful

"I’ve used this card in a bunch..."
I’ve used this card in a bunch of different places and, it’s been fine most of the time. Stores, online stuff, random purchases here and there — it usually goes through without me having to think about it. I did half-expect a few hiccups, because that happens sometimes with cards, but there really haven’t been many issues. So yeah, overall it works where I need it to, which is kind of the main thing

"Got Approved Fast, Then Hit a Wall"
I was actually excited when I got approved because that part was quick and super easy. I figured I’d be using the card in no time. But then I tried to activate it, and that’s where everything got frustrating. I kept going through the steps, expecting it to work, but it just wouldn’t activate. So now I’m approved, I have the card, but I still can’t actually use it. Annoying experience after such a smooth start

"The credit limit just feels too low to help"
I was glad to get approved at first, but once I saw the credit limit, that excitement faded fast. After the fees come out, there’s hardly anything left to actually use, so it doesn’t feel very helpful for everyday purchases or making real progress with my credit.

I understand this card is meant for people who are rebuilding, but the limit just doesn’t work for what I need. In the end, it left me feeling disappointed and like it wasn’t really worth it for me.

"Fraud charge handled without the usual circus"
Had some random weird charge show up, because apparently my bank account needed a little drama. I disputed it, and Indigo actually made the whole thing painless. They helped get it sorted without turning it into a giant headache, which feels rare these days. Happy with how it was handled
